This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail and service provided by the staff was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Just a short walk away from the train station and conveniently situated near the bridge, it made exploring the area a breeze. Lastly, the rooms on the second floor were comfortable and well-maintained. Despite being a budget-friendly option with shared bathrooms, everything was clean and in good condition, providing a cozy and comfortable stay.
There is nothing I could fault about this hotel. Everything was okay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the valley of the onsen. The owners and staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and made me feel like a valued guest. The traditional Japanese rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated with brand new tatami mats, giving off a delightful countryside scent. The onsen, although small, was a blissful retreat after a long day of exploring the town.
All aspects of my stay were wonderful.

The cleanliness of this hotel was really good, and the traditional facilities were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the hotel's open-air onsen by the bridge, relaxing and fun. The location was perfect, as it was walking distance from the train station. we highly recommend this hotel.

We spent New Year's Eve in a traditional inn and it was magnificent. the owners were warm and welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. the location was great and it offered an authentic Japanese experience. We particularly enjoyed the delicious traditional meals served in the dining room and the relaxing atmosphere of the hot springs. the stay was very affordable and we were able to experience the luxury of a ryokan without breaking the bank.
There was nothing we didn't like about this inn, however, the shared bathroom might not be for everyone. It was the Japanese way, which was a bit different than what we were used to, but it was clean and well-maintained.

Lovely couple owners, warm and kind staff, authentic ryokan experience, free pick-up and drop-off, huge rooms.
Nothing, all great.

The hot springs were nice and warm. They open early in the morning and close late at night, which was perfect for me. The room had a Japanese style, which is great for a cultural experience. the hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the train station which made it easy to get around.
The downside was that it was quite far from the train station. The hotel lacks an elevator and the stairs are quite steep, which made it difficult to carry my luggage to the room.
